Starting off in Malibu Coast and Los Angeles County Beaches, we've got a Beach Hazards Statement in effect until Sunday night, so stay cautious out there! High rip current risk ahead with surf heights ranging from 3 to 6 feet and the occasional 7-footer on south and southwest facing beaches. Water temps are between 61 to 70 degrees, so it's not too chilly out there. Monday's looking sunny with similar surf heights and a south swell coming through.
Ventura County Beaches are also under a Beach Hazards Statement with high rip current risk. Surf heights hitting 3 to 6 feet, peaking on south and southwest facing beaches. Water's a bit cooler at 58 to 63 degrees. Monday's rip current risk drops to moderate with 2 to 4 feet waves rolling in.
Moving on to Santa Barbara County, it's looking mellow with low rip current risk and 1 to 3 feet waves. Grab your longboards and enjoy the calm waters. Similar conditions for Monday with a southwest swell coming through.
Lastly, for San Luis Obispo County and Santa Barbara Central Coast Beaches, we're seeing 3 to 6 feet surf heights with a mix of west and south swells.
