The preparation of K-12 students for postsecondary success is a topic of serious concern for the U.S. education system as well as for employers as it relates to a future talent pool. Joining us from the Cajon Valley Union School District in California are Superintendent Dr. David Miyashiro and Chief Innovation and Engagement Officer Ed Hidalgo to discuss the World of Work, an innovative and unique program initiative for students that has been underway in their schools for the past 5 years, as well as the business role in support of local K-12 education efforts.
