Join Julian in a special content episode as he shares his ideas on the importance of setting expectations as a leader. This is our first content episode for Season 2, and it is also the first content episode that has been specifically designed to be a part of our Curriculum Ecosystem.

Setting expectations is one of the most important things a leader can do to make sure they are getting the most from their teams and importantly, from themselves. During the episode Julian explores the concept of setting expectations from 3 perspectives - Self, Manager and Team. Episode highlights include:

  • The link between setting expectations through the lens of result and behaviour, whilst tying them to your organisational values.
  • Using the Balanced Scorecard as a mechanism for fleshing out expectations and to focus in on the importance of being adaptable in your approach.
