Marlon’s acting career takes a backseat to his ministry. Actually it just plain gets out of the car. Van recently attended the wedding of his former girlfriend and had a great time. He joined OKCupid immediately after. Today’s guest is Jake Kaufman, former youth minister, current Content Strategist at Adept, and admitted “seeker and writer.” He has a blog at jkstories.com and has written two ebooks, Oh the Stories We Tell, which is about finding and pursuing your passion, and Say Interesting Stuff, which is about telling your story better when it comes to your brand. Jake talks about transitioning from being a youth minister to working in oil and finally landing a job in marketing that utilizes all of his talents.
