This week on the show, we'll talk sun dried tomato pasta and dumpling delivery and eat some Daiya New York Cheesecake.
And (surprise!) we'll argue some more about the intro.
Here's that lazy sun dried tomato pasta recipe:

  1. Cook half a box of spaghetti or angel hair pasta.
  2. Put a bunch of baby spinach into the colander, so when you drain the pasta, the spinach wilts.
  3. Toss those together with white beans and the full contents of a jar of oil-packed sun dried tomatoes.

This week's Talkin' Takeout was from Gu's Dumplings here in Atlanta. The green bean cooking technique we mentioned was called frizzling. Here's Becky's recipe for Frizzled Green Beans Almondine. The flavors are not at all like Gu's, but the texture is basically the exact same.
We tried Daiya New York Cheesecake. Becky is also a big fan of the key lime flavor.
Thank you so much for listening! We record these episodes for you, and we'd love to hear from you. Got a favorite vegan treat that you think we should cover on the podcast? Send your suggestions to talkintofupod@gmail.com or DM us on our Instagram!
