Growing up is not a bad thing, it just feels that way because there's so much noise in our minds and bodies. We constantly feel the need to be on top of the world, to be authentic and authenticity can be hard to maintain because we constantly tell ourselves that it's okay because "everybody does it". In this world, where everything and everyone is fake, we often find ourselves unable, to tell the truth, and yet we crave honesty and authenticity.
