Dr Kathleen Bagot is the founder of Nothing Like Nature, which runs nature-based wellbeing sessions and interactive education workshops about the benefits of time in nature. During decades in the pressured corporate and academic worlds, nature has always been a source of calm and connection for Kathleen. Now she guides others to spend time in nature mindfully, with physical and psychological benefits for all. She has a PhD in Environmental Psychology, and is a certified Forest Therapy Guide and Parks Victoria Licenced Tour Operator.
