On today’s episode Dani is chatting to spiritual naturopath, Pia Kynoch about the root cause of self-sabotage and why we struggle to let go of patterns that aren’t serving us.

Pia is a breathwork facilitator, multi-award winning skin therapist and educator, trauma-informed leader, speaker and author and a multi-discipline holistic practitioner. She helps her clients create safe, supported pathways to illuminate, identify, acknowledge and transform the underlying causes and the roots of the issues rather than just treating symptoms.

In this episode, Pia explains how our self-sabotage patterns are often rooted in trauma and can develop as early as in the womb throughout our mother’s pregnancy. Pia also shares practices that you can implement in your life today to overcome self-sabotage and somatically create safety in the body so you can stop repeating the patterns that aren’t serving your highest evolvement and moving you forward in your life.
