, also known as "King of Bitters," has a rich history in traditional medicine that has been corroborated by more recent scientific investigations into its unequivocal application as an immune-invigorating herb that is most reliably applied to the treatment of ‘heat-related (i.e. inflammation and oxidative stress) respiratory tract infections. It has been studied extensively as a treatment or adjuvant treatment for COVID-19.
