Bella came to me ready to WORK!
She had gone through a long spell of inconsistency in the gym and bad habits around her nutrition.
She was under fueling for the amount that she was working.
She also wasn’t progressing in her lifts like she wanted.

6 months after bella joined, she has been able to:

  • Increased her maintenance calories through a progressive protocol and macronutrient plan
  • Grew her glutes from 37” to 40”
  • Kept waist measurement the same
  • Increased her weight 14 lbs!!!!!
  • Hit multiple PR’s in her lifts
  • Daily journaling/gratitude implemented
  • Optimized her training with progressive overload and sticking to a plan
  • Continues to get 1% better every single day
  • Is eating over 2200 cals a day and OVER 250g+ of carbs

Bella works a stressful job and continues to prioritize her health.
Our next steps is to continue building, optimizing her maintenance, and introducing her first fat loss phase!
