Man. It's fun to drop an Episode when the Pacers and Colts both win. It's been a lot for us all, Indy fans, but guess what.... The Colts won, the Pacers look better all the time and the Indiana Fever got the first #1 Pick in the history of Indianapolis sports. Winning!! With that said, Penn & Pops dropped a classic Episode for you all.
During "Around the World," they discuss their early NBA MVP Candidates, CFB as the season closes in on Rival Week, Joshua Primo and they take a deep dive into Black Interim Coaches. Penn drops a very interesting take and it's not one you guys wanna miss. During Naptown News, they discuss Jeff Saturday's (very smart) decision to start Matty Ice (who has FOUR comeback drives by the way).
They discuss the Indiana Pacers .500 record and their quick rise to a team "Nobody wants nothin' to do with." They're top 3 in PPG, 3 pointers made per game, block per game and Tyrese Halliburton is #1 in assists with over 10 per game. They're also top 3 in points off the bench. The Pacers are all the way REAL.. and very young. Penn and Pops project they'll be a top 3 team in the East in the next 2-3 years.... if not faster.
Penn drops a new game on Pops called "What Willies" and it's a good one. They predict Jeff Saturday's coaching record, Matty Ice's rise back to the top of the depth chart, Jim Irsay/Chris Ballard's off season decisions and the CFB Final Four. During "The Fine Print" the boys cover the Packers/Raiders trade, the USWNT and the upcoming battle between Benn Mathurin and Paolo Ranchero.
This is a "Must See" Episode, friends. Enjoy #18. ✌🏿✌🏾
