Electric scooters are already a common sight on Irish roads, especially in Dublin. They are set to be legalised, but is the legislation going to do enough for vulnerable road users, including those in wheelchairs or the visually impaired? Anna Cullen is joined by Lorna Fitzpatrick, Advocacy & Engagement Manager with the National Council for the Blind in Ireland. Anna also speaks to Joanne Murphy from Cork, who is visually impaired, about her first-hand experiences of dealing with e-scooters.
