All bullish*t aside, this was one of the most valuable conversations I've had. James is a mental health advocate, using his platform on instagram to help people heal, overcome trauma and feel more compassion.
This was the main topic on this conversation, discussing the nature of mens relationships, why lads show affection by rinsing each other and shy away from emotion, why rinsing each other isn't all bad after all. before getting into why broadening your horizons and learning about different cultures is so valuable.
