The other day, working with a new client, I was reading her Assessment and came to this question, “Q: Be honest - what are you hoping you won?t get from me?”
Her answer: A sales pitch leading me into a more expensive program that I’m not ready for yet :)
I gasped, then laughed.
What not to do: is if your client is not ready for the next step, don’t offer it because your coach said to. (EX: Kim was offered a 10K program and she was not ready).
In this episode, I talk about what to do and what not to do when offering a next step to a client.
