Of course, in early man days, these were literally the fight and flight response and usually after the danger passes, body gets back to it’s normal hormone levels, but unfortunately this is not always true for the setting human are living in today. If you sense danger of your boss yelling at you for not meeting the deadline or for your co-worker for performing better than you, you can’t fight or flight! In other words, in our modern human life, we come across a lot of situations which we can’t run away from… for example a news of you suffering from a chronic sickness that might get worse over time or like constant bickering with your loved ones. So it’s all becoming more and more mental. You can’t physically fight them, so it’s strenuous for your mind to come up with solutions in such situations.
