Today I want to talk about an interesting concept that I pondered over the weekend. It was that our minds can be our worst enemy or our best friend. It is discipline that keeps both sides leveled. Instill discipline that allows what impacts you and what you must ignore. This will help break the pattern that is stopping you from achieving what you want.

  • Ask yourself why you want to achieve a certain goal?
  • You have the power to let your mind be your best advocate or have it turn against you.
  • How to incorporate the discipline to check yourself and be aware of the kind of energy you are giving into.
