Featuring a conversation with Mike Mousseau, PhD (Neuroscience), National Wellbeing & Engagement Consultant at Gallagher Benefit Services.
Neuroscientists focus on the brain and its impact on behaviour and cognitive functions. You do not come across neuroscientists every day, particularly in the employee benefits field, so it was refreshing to have a conversation with Mike Mousseau (Dr. Mike) recently. He makes insightful observations on workplace and societal issues that are impacting employees and their employers, and how COVID-19 has changed the conversation he has with clients at Gallagher. As we face a monumental shift to society and our work environments, we are all being presented with new and often multiple challenges which add to personal and professional pressures. Mike provides tips to individuals and their organizations on how to cope.
Mike will also be one of our presenters at our May 6th Benefits Breakfast Club on pain management, stressors and coping strategies. Be sure to register for the session to hear from Dr. Christine Lay (neurologist) and Jamie Marcellus, President, Humanacare.
