In this episode I have the pleasure of sitting down with Dr. Seth King of Limitless Physical Therapy and Performance.

Seth is a Physio who loves helping people manage their pain and injuries so they can live their lives with few, if any, limitations.

I am lucky to say that his practice is inside my gym (CrossFit Reviver) and I have the pleasure of being able to use him as a resource daily.

  • Pain - what is it and how do we better understand it
  • Common misconceptions about pain and injury (no pain - no gain, RICE, etc)
  • How to properly use movement to manage your injuries
