Officially, she has owned a business for 27 years and has been a parent for 18. Like many entrepreneurs, she has started several businesses and has a passion for creating something new. As a single mother of two teenagers, she often finds that running a business and raising a family feel like parallel experiences. The skills she developed while raising her children have proven to be valuable in training new employees and navigating company systems today.
