Do you feel frustrated at the end of your work block? Do you look at all the tasks and wonder what you were just working on? It's hard enough to focus during your work block, let alone stay on track, and actually feel productive. As moms we are used to being interrupted, but multitasking can actually be counterproductive. What? Yes, focusing on a task until it's complete and then moving to the next task is actually the most productive use of your time. So what happens when we get interrupted again and again? When we just want to finish one thing? Right! In this episode today we will talk about three steps to help minimize interruptions. Grab that notebook and a cup of coffee, let’s get started!

I pray this blesses you!
Michelle
