Do you find it hard to get out of bed? To face the music of the morning routine, getting kids up, and packed, and fed, and out the door? Do you more often hit snooze and try to get a few more cozy minutes of interrupted sleep? Sometimes it can be hard to get motivated. Especially when you finally stop and rest or relax. Oftentimes we don’t realize how much we need rest until we stop. Today we are going to talk about three easy habits to add to your morning routine to help you enjoy your morning a bit more, especially if you are not a morning person.
