The beginning of school is fast approaching as our summer dwindles. Soon it will be fall with pumpkins, fall leaves, scarfs, boots, hay rides,...and dare I say pumpkin spice lattes? As we start to gear up for all things school it's important to take a step back and realize that our routines and habits will need to be adjusted. Gone are the summer days of relaxing, sleeping in, flexible routines, and little to no structure as we spend the day at the pool. So as we face this challenging transition we will need to create successful morning and evening routines. In this episode we walk through the elements that need to be in morning and evening routines, so that you can start to put together your new fall morning and evening routines. Grab that iced latte, your favorite notebook and a pen, and let’s get started.
