We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: everything in the body and mind are connected, and they each rely on the health of one another. Complaints of low libido can be traced to a variety of factors. Psychological effects on sex drive might be rooted in stress, depression, or anxiety, or could be linked to low self-esteem, or a history of trauma. Physiological factors can include aging, medication, lifestyle habits or chronic health conditions.

C60 supports libido health in several ways. By taking the oxidative burden off the body, which can increase as a result of age or personal habits, cells are better able to produce both ATP and pregnenolone, the precursor molecule to hormone production. When mitochondria are able to manufacture these in healthy levels, hormone production is balanced and there is sufficient cellular energy to signal vital messaging through neurotransmitters. Support of ATP also means greater energy and stamina so you can make it through the day without feeling totally depleted.

By supporting hormone production, which is key to mental and sexual health, and managing healthy energy levels, C60 Purple Power promotes increased libido and sexual function. Listen in for a deeper understanding of these processes, and how C60 can support you in sexual wellbeing.
