Elliot is one of life's natural talents. Raised within Inner City Birmingham, Elliot could have had a different future had in not been for the love of his family and an innate ability to succeed. Elliot is grounded and articulate but fiercely competitive. We talk about the importance of his family who provided loving anecdotes for me to use as ammunition.
