Frank Mayo leverages his background in athletic training and sports to lead clinical operations at NJ Sports Spine & Wellness. A former baseball player at Pace University (Class of '16), Frank's career path combines his passion for healthcare with a dedication to teamwork and excellence. In 2019 he completed his Masters degree in Athletic Training at Salisbury University in Maryland. After starting as a clinical athletic trainer, Frank continued to hone his leadership skills and his focus shifted to business operations. In his current role, his goal is to streamline operations, drive growth, and improve the patient experience within a multidisciplinary facility. Active on social media, Frank shares leadership insights inspired by athletics to empower others, especially young professionals navigating business careers.
