CIRS, or Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, is a complicated, multi-symptom, multi-system illness - so why wouldn’t there be an annual CIRSx conference for it?! We had a really great time at CIRSx this year, and this episode is our quick summary of all of it. We talked to lots of doctors, heard a ton of great talks, had a lot of fun and are so happy to be part of this wonderful community. We will do more in-depth, helpful-tip-packed episodes in the next few weeks, but for now, we wanted to give you guys the highlight reel from our weekend in Frisco, Texas. For more information, support, and resources in your own CIRS healing journey, visit TheCIRSGroup.com
