  • Exercise. The benefits of a regular exercise routine extend far beyond meeting weight-loss goals. ...
  • Sleep. ...
  • Eat healthfully. ...
  • Drink water. ...
  • Enjoy leisure time. ...
  • Know your risk factors and be proactive with your health.

There is a main thing missing. Your health has to include God.

This scripture hit my soul:

Proverbs 3:7-8

Don’t be wise in your own eyes. Have respect for the Lord and avoid evil. That will bring health to your body. It will make your bones strong.
