I quit my job 3 months ago to do real estate since I am living with my mom. My mom is super supportive and mention I could live with her without paying any bills until I save enough to buy a house. My though process was since I have no bills I start a new career build then buy a house. I haven’t had a deal yet and the money I saved is going a little faster than I thought. What should I do?
