On today's show, we are talking about diabetes, stress, and alcohol. Now these three things have a very complicated relationship, and while many of us use alcohol as a way to manage our stress and make ourselves feel better, drinking too much can actually increase your risk of anxiety and depression. Tune in to today's show as we discuss how you can manage your stress without drinking, and if you do drink, how to do so that it does not interfere with your ability to manage your diabetes.
