On episode 48 we had the pleasure of speaking with legendary speed coach, Lee Taft.

We spoke in depth on the biomechanics of speed and what to look for as a coach. We also touched on change of direction & agility as well as the differences between "pushers" and "pullers" in regards to sprinters and what the typical injuries of each are.
