Native Americans have lived in North America for over 13,000 years. Today, over 500 tribes celebrate their heritage.

Asha Frost is an Anishinaabe (Ojibway) medicine woman, healer, and spiritual mentor. In her practice, she facilitates healing through shamanic healing, homeopathy, and indigenous-based ceremonies. As a soul-seer and visionary, Asha believes we can all reclaim our roots and deepest medicines.
