Behind the scenes of cast and crew. When the first new Star Trek show in more than a decade was announced, the first question many people asked was who would be responsible for bringing the franchise back to television. Over the past year, that question has been answered as a roster of top-tier talent was introduced bit by bit, both behind and in front of the camera. This crew covers the creative spectrum from veterans who have worked on all aspects of Trek’s past to rookies who have grown up with the franchise as fans but never worked on it.

In this episode of The Edge, hosts Mike Schindler and Aaron Harvey are joined by guests Sarah Buck and Brandi Jackola for a look at who is working behind the scenes on Star Trek: Discovery. We discuss the past work of the cast and crew, and what we can expect them to bring to the franchise.
