Hey guys welcome back to another weeks episode!

This week we are diving into the 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse - Relationship style! The 4 Horsemen of the Apocalypse is a biblical metaphor that depicts the end of times. The Gottmans (Marriage & Family therapists & researchers) changed this metaphor to be more applicable to relationships. They researched & discovered "4 Horsemen" that depict the "end of relationships." The 4 Horsemen are 1) Criticism 2) Contempt 3) Defensiveness & 4) Stonewalling.

In this episode, we detail what these 4 Horsemen look like in real time. We give practical examples that will help you to look into your own relationships. We then offer 1 antidote for each Horsemen; which can be used as better alternatives to the Horsemen.

We are all doing these things to some degree... the important thing we do is 1) realize we are doing it & 2) understand the "antidotes" to the Horsemen. Relationships are a work in progress. Join us for this episode so that you can better understand how to improve your relationships!
