Do you get this feeling as well? It seems like the world is becoming more and more socially anxious. As technology improves and "social" apps grow, it seems that we are becoming more socially disconnected. So often we reach for our phones to escape the uncomfortable anxiety we feel. Completely unaware that doing this makes our social anxiety worse every time.
