Nicole shares her story and how she wasn't interested in working out to becoming a personal trainer today. Nicole also shares a few tips for you to start your physical health and stay consistent.
Nicole Sebarenzi is a Certified Personal Trainer. Graduated University with a Bachelor in Finance, she secured a 9-5 employment as an accountant. However, she realized that was not enough, so she started looking for ways to work on herself outside of work. Weightlifting was what kept her busy after work. Two and a half years later, she got inspired to use fitness to empower women to build a stronger, radiant, and more confident version of themselves.
