Can nutrition really have an impact when you are trying to conceive? Yes, it absolutely can! Today we are talking with Sophia from @ttc.nutritionist about the nuts and bolts of how what we put into our bodies plays a role in getting pregnant.

Sophia is a registered dietitian who focuses on optimizing your progesterone levels during pregnancy, helping to support women along their fertility journeys through education and empowerment during the luteal phase. She is a mom herself and a military spouse.

There is such an ease to the way that Sophia speaks on topics like progesterone, the luteal phase, menstruation, and conception that it makes her easy to listen to and understand. She gives us insight on the role that progesterone plays in getting pregnant, the correlations between someone's diet and their fertility, and what supplements, if any, she recommends for her clients.

If you enjoyed listening to this episode, we would love it if you could share it to your Instagram stories and tag us both; @expectingandempowered and @ttc.nutritionist.
