If you feel stuck in your healing journey, chances are you're engaging in one, if not all, of these three patterns. You might be preoccupied with searching for the "why" behind your feelings and seeking a detailed, step-by-step process for healing. This often leads you to look outside yourself for answers, instead of accessing and trusting the wisdom and knowledge within you.

You’re likely in conflict with yourself because you’re trying to live or be a certain way, while another part of you is stuck in survival, determined to protect you from experiencing the intensity or threat of what it feels it’s protecting you from.

Additionally, you might not be accustomed to being fully present with your experiences. Paying attention to “what is” isn’t something we’re taught to do!

To gain new perspectives and explore how to move past these obstacles, I encourage you to listen to this episode. It could help you get out of your own way and advance on your healing journey.
