Dustin has been in the Real Estate world 10+ years in some form or fashion, but moved into Apartment investing about 7 years ago.

Dustin is a master at problem solving, systems and lowering costs within a business.

He dives in deep on a recent sale, from acquisition, financing, rehab, the freakin office burning down and to now, a stable asset which has just sold at a significant upside for him and his investors.

Dustin shares why he chose apartments, what types of rehab/value add situations he prefers and why he holds properties the length of time he does.
