His first business, an internet company selling customized soccer uniforms, was born out of his desire to control his destiny and reap the rewards of his hard work.

His leadership philosophy exemplifies his success in leading a high-growth construction company, taking it from $7 million to $30 million while maintaining a positive workplace culture. Jerry's ultimate mission is to positively impact five million people through better business practices and his dedication to both his professional and personal life underscores his belief in aligning one’s actions with their values to lead a fulfilling life.
