There are plenty of cookie cutter plans out there - and plenty of perfectionists that have to follow a plan perfectly, or they won't do it at all. What most dads need is a flexible plan that they can adapt to their changing situation, but unfortunately most dads don't know how to adapt it or they worry that their plan isn't going to be enough to get results.
