There’s been some big claims as of late that “any serious crossfit athletes should try keto.” We don’t quite buy this!

We break down the physiology behind ketogenic diets, and why they are NOT the same as a ‘low carb’ diet. We discuss the exact ketogenic studies they used to claim “greater fat loss, retention of 1RM strength, and refuelling of glycogen.”
