'Hi, may I ask you, have you done anything about intermittent fasting? Somewhere on the podcast I heard you talking about how dangerous it is for one's metabolism to restrict calories and skip meals - but then there are other health professionals that really say that intermittent fasting is very good for us; reduces inflammation, reduces insulin levels and blood sugar dips, etc etc etc. It is so hard getting all these different messages.. How do I know what's right?'
