Hello and welcome to this 3rd episode of the Natcha show Podcast.
I am so excited to host my very first guest. Cocochi is a certified Life coach , a fitness and wellness trainer based in the UK and host of a podcast called Bounce back with Cocochi.
On this episode, Cocochi shares her life journey , the many challenges she faced and how she bounced back from domestic violence in marriage and divorce.
Some of the key highlights are :
*Dealing with domestic violence in marriage
*The pain of going through a divorce
*Making the decision to be unstuck by ignoring what people will say and put her life first
*Advice to women in their 40's
*Constantly working on herself to turn her pain in opportunities to empower others by launching her podcast and her clothing business.
*Raising her teenage son and building resilience in him
*Candid advice to younger women on marriage and the importance of finding your purpose.
Here are 3-4 resilience practices that helped her rise from adversity:

1. I like to focus on what I can control - when we face a crisis or problem, it can be easy to get really overwhelmed by the things that are far beyond our control.

2. As a fitness and wellness coach, I practice healthy habits. I manage stressful times better by exercising regularly, eating a balanced diet, and taking time to rest.

3. Seek support, stay connected. I surround myself with good friends and family when I'm going through hard times. Don't withdraw from good friends. Accept help if you need it.

4. Be optimistic and prayerful.
