I don't know about you but my feed has been overwhelmed with videos suggesting that I start a new diet or workout program right now so I'm two months ahead of everyone else in January.... I recorded this solo episode to walk you through the pros and cons of starting something new and remind you how powerful the WHY behind your choice is. If these videos brought up any thoughts or feelings about your body, your relationship with food, or the amount of movement you're doing, then this episode is a must-listen.
