Hello and welcome to the Getting To Grips with Podcast Series where I the host Tom aims to explore what it is to be human and how we can continuously grow and prosper as healthy individuals and communities while feeling more connected to ourselves, the relationships we hold and the world around us at large. An array of guest will be invited on the show from sporting personalities, entrepreneurs, business icons, public figures, big thinkers and everyone in between to get to grips with the broad spectrum of fitness, health and wellbeing and how they align and work in synergy with one another. My very first guest to join me on the show is Luke Ambler. Luke is the man behind the incredible @andysman club and the #itsokaytotalk movement and in this episode we touch on why Men don’t typically talk or express their feelings or emotions and its potential links as to why we face such high suicide rates in the UK with it still being the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45. We begin by discussing Lukes roots as an Ireland International rugby player and his incredible transition from leaving the pitch and going all in with his Success School movement, personal development business and men's mental health charity work. There's also plenty of great tips and trick in here to help you live a more fulfilled and productive life. Let's get into it!
