For episode two I am joined by Daniel Edmund. Daniel is a true gentleman and is one half of the incredible movement and company ‘Milk For Tea’ ‘Milk For Tea’ exists to help men live to their full potential through workshops, coaching and community work while supporting them to find their truest identity, recognise their value and live out their purpose. We delve deep and ‘Get To Grips’ with Daniels childhood having grown up in Washington DC and discussed his past experiences with Drugs and difficult periods in his life where he questioned his own true identity. We explore the concept of what it is to be a man in society today and the pressures that often come with it knowing that we are still faced with Suicide being the single biggest killer in men under the age of 45 in the UK. Daniel is also a talented running athlete having represented the US in athletics and holds multiple titles, championships and wins under his belt so we chat about his roots in this field.
