The enormous mental health crisis that is already here and getting worse every day is due to a number of things, but a very large piece is that todays culture is focused on ME and not on WE. We do not have real relationships we meet people on line and think that we know what is going on through social media, but it is not real life.
Also there is a large societal focus on resistance and protest. It is a dead end. Only through generosity can we achieve change.
This episode is very important. Our young people, who have grown up with smartphones and social media, are struggling. Lets help them realize what life is really about.

Life is a Gift
Help me bring light to this world by turning your attention to the good and opening yourself up for the good in others and how amazingly connected we are to the good core of other humans and to the much bigger picture that we all fit in.
