Justin Frandson is an Athleticism Performance Coach using nerve health to strengthen and heal injury and misalignments in the body. He practices on the premise that the body is electric and through light therapy and static stretching, our cells are able to communicate to one another more efficiently and in turn, allows the body to heal itself.

This conversation is for both athletes and those who aren’t — waking up the nervous system and preparing our body for movement so that we can feel better and perform better on a daily basis.
