Euan Craigie is a 31 year old serial property investor, with a portfolio of over £8million and a key focus on Student HMOs.
Having grown up in a tough, hard nosed upbringing and from a modest income, hard working family, Euan's far removed from any 'silver spoon' kids of life.
From being a tea boy at a local car dealership, to working every day for 6 months and taking the brave move to Dubai on no salary. Oh, and he slept in a Maid's Room with no window.
He's absolutely had to work for every bit of his success, and talks through a journey of how to get there, starting with the basics of outworking everyone else.
He shares his top tips on strategy, investing and how to fund his deals, plus what drives him to win.
