How many times have you been like: THIS is the time this is when I'm going to prioritize myself. I'm going to start this new routine. I'm going to work out more. I'm going to take the class… You think about it and maybe you try it once or twice, but soon it becomes a distant memory.
This a cycle in your life, right? It's something that you experience over and over again. Even so, there's still a part of you that's like, I'm ready to make a shift or a change, I'm ready to do something for myself. So, why the fuck can’t I seem to get around to it?
Well, you don't prioritize yourself, because you're not prioritizing yourself.
That’s why, on today's Powerback® episode, we're going to talk about how to break out of that cycle, so that you can actually begin to prioritize yourself and not feel so shitty about it.
We’ll go through:

  • Excuses and making the sometimes your all the time
  • Shifting the narrative and your beliefs around prioritizing yourself
  • Taking action and leaning into the temporary discomfort
  • Being realistic and honest with yourself
  • How I’m prioritizing myself
